Slim Down with Sara’s next 80 days starting 9/4/2017. IF THIS sounds like something you need in your life NOW – then keep reading to see IF YOU will join me in my next 80 days.






YES! This is a challenge and a commitment I am personally making as well as welcoming others to join me in this journey! As far as fitness we will kick off the 1st week with Sagi Kalev’s NEW 1 week workout routine HARD LABOR. More workout details to follow… and as far as FOOD! Our HUGE struggle right?!?! Well ladies! NO MORE CHEAT DAYS! Instead if we are craving sweets? Lets make some Shakeology / PB2 Peanut Butter Cups. Salty cravings? Lets break out a home made sweet potato chip recipe! NEED ICE CREAM?! Oh we are SO making avocado ice cream! My point? Lets pre-prep healthy alternatives. We can still even do pizza and other fast foods! But we are going to make the best choices so we can still be “normal”. But in my personal opinion after doing this fitness health thing for a while… cheat days ARE NO GOOD! YOU OVER EAT and end up hindering all the hard work you did all week! So this challenge is for EVERYONE who has been on a roller coaster all summer! And wants to get back on track before the holidays! We can deff expect to see amazing results in these next 80 days! FAT LOSS! Learning proper portion control. Learning how to cope with no cheats. BUT NO CHEATS MEANS NO FOOD GUILT! ALSO MUSCLE GAINS! We can all learn from each other and sure there will be ups and downs but in 80 days we will deff WIN AT LOSING! This challenge also ends on THANKSGIVING! PERFECT TIMING! I think I will personally celebrate with my moms home cooked Thanksgiving Day delish food! THAT IS MY REWARD for 80 days! I have not had my moms turkey day dinner in years so YES food will be my reward!


So here is my invitation to those who want to join in on this next 80 days with me. And if you are looking for a sign… this challenge is for YOU! Because this is all about getting on track and staying there with the support of a HUGE accountability group all looking to reach the ultimate goal of being healthy and feeling great in their own skin.  It will be different for each person but my goal for you is to help you achieve YOUR personal with the path I have chosen as far as fitness/nutrition/supplements.


What will Slim Down with Sara be doing different for this “Challenge”?

Everyone will either be doing the BEACHBODY ON DEMAND CHALLENGE DU JOUR AND/OR MY personal workouts I will post 1 to 2 days prior consisting of cardio HIITS as well as a up to 30 min weight lifting routine. I understand not everyone has equipment thats why I am offering those 2 diff options. Some woman have been in my challenges for SO LONG and have collected so much workout equip like myself now and are ready for something other then a beachbody ONLY workout routine. MY personal routine will be just as challenging if not more and new and refreshing for those lacking in motivation bc they are tired of the same ol same ol. ALSO the no CHEATS! I want us all to share share share FOOD! And look for alternatives to our fav “old cheats” like pizza, brownies, cookies , just anything tasty but with a healthy alternative.

WHAT are the requirements to get into the 80 DAY FB Challenge?

So once you have BOD each day team beachbody releases a “challenge du jour” which is an at random workout posted for all its challengers! It is a diff workout every single day. Turbofire! Power 90! Yoga! Body Beast! You name the program… it IS in the rotation! So we can not ever complain about being over the repetition! With this schedule we will have variety and work our entire body with cardio and strength training workouts yet get rest yoga days and never skip a beat! We WILL stay on track this time! I will also like I said be posting my personal workouts 1/2 days prior IF you would like to dabble in my crazy workouts however they DO require equip such as plyo box, squat rack, Olympic Bar – just an FYI but I will post for those who DO want to try. 

OK now lets go more into detail b/c now I am gonna get tons of Q’s. So I am going to lay it all out right here so PLEASE READ FULL POST!
Like I said Beachbody on Demand gets you in as long as it was/will be purchased from me as your coach. Beachbody on Demand / CHALLENGE PACKS / and BOD All Annual Access INCLUDED! IF YOU ALREADY HAVE THIS BUT STILL WANT IN PLEASE PM ME SO I CAN HELP.
I want this next 80 days to GET YOU TO YOUR GOAL AND STAY THERE! And before I get the “Well that is not fair you were not my coach and now you are” complaints I do this b/c I am not trying to “steal” customers from other coaches. I don’t want challengers “challenge hopping” from someone elses challenge to mine and then hopping out and into another for whatever reason. I want ONLY committed people. Like I will say tons of times I want this group to be motivating and hold e/o accountable. RESULTS is what we all will be seeking! And extreme ones!
NOW ONTO SUPPLEMENTS! AGAIN NOT REQUIRED IN THIS CHALLENGE BUT I would like to share what I am on IF you would like to be on the exact plan I am on as well during this 80 days.
It is perfectly fine to have an amazing workout routine, but if your diet and supplement routines fail, your results will be compromised. Often, supplements are the difference between good results, and great results.
SHAKEOLOGY: This is the main supplement I recommend and here is why. It’s a NO BRAINER! It can help you lose weight especially if you replace a meal with Shakeology every day. I was using it as a snack while I was breastfeeding and continue to use it as a snack so I get the proper amount of macros per day. It reduces junk food cravings!
